The MOSAIC project is pleased to announce the successful launch of its Second General Assembly, hosted by project partner RTV Slovenia at their headquarters in Ljubljana on 19–20 November 2025.
Over the course of two intensive days, partners from across Europe gathered to reflect on recent achievements and align priorities for the next major phase of the project. With MOSAIC transitioning from development to implementation, the General Assembly served as a pivotal opportunity to evaluate progress, exchange knowledge, and plan the project’s upcoming milestones.
Moving Toward Implementation
This meeting marks a critical point in MOSAIC’s lifecycle as partners shift their focus towards deploying and validating the MOSAIC platform in real-world scenarios. Key discussions included:

Technical teams provided updates on new functionalities and architectural enhancements. The platform continues to evolve with the goal of improving media accessibility across European broadcasters and content providers.
Piloting Phase Planning
A significant portion of the agenda was dedicated to outlining the structure of the upcoming piloting phase. Partners discussed logistics, timelines, and the resources required for large-scale testing in operational broadcast environments.
Broadcaster & Technology Alignment
Ensuring that the platform meets practical industry needs remains central to the project. Dedicated sessions enabled broadcasters and technology partners to share feedback on usability, integration processes, and pilot readiness.
