Role in the MOSAIC project
CARSA will serve as the cross-cutting exploitation manager for the MOSAIC project, focusing on assessing the business and value propositions of the MOSAIC tools and platform. The primary goal is to develop a joint exploitation and sustainability strategy that the MOSAIC consortium can rely on to ensure the long-term success, viability, and impact of the project’s outcomes beyond its funding phase.
To achieve this, CARSA will lead several critical activities, including:
- Collecting, analyzing, and further developing strategies for the deployment and commercialization of the project’s outcomes.
- Providing investment recommendations to stakeholders and policymakers.
- Exploring local, national and international funding opportunities to commercialize the project outcomes and attract investors.
- Offering recommendations on how to scale and expand the project outcomes to new markets.
In addition, CARSA will play a key role in aligning MOSAIC with the European Media Data Space (TEMS) initiative. The company is instrumental in defining and establishing governance structures and a self-sustaining business model for the project. CARSA will also contribute to scaling-up strategies and regional expansion, ensuring strong synergies between the MOSAIC and TEMS initiatives.
